1.H05RN-F H07RN-F Rubber Cable

This cable is primarily used in all kinds of electrical equipment, such as the mobile power of household appliances, electric machinery, electrical equipment and tools, and it is also can be used in indoor or outdoor environmental conditions.

 

Conductor: Stranded bare or tinned soft copper wire

 

Insulation: EPR (Ethylene-Propylene Rubber)

 

Sheath: Neoprene (Chloroprene rubber)

2.Specification And Working Condition:

1)The rated voltage for YQ type is 300/300 V, YZ/YZW type(H05RN-F) is 300/500V,YC/YCW type(H07RN-F) is  450/750V.

 

2)The long-term working temperature allowed by conductor should be not more than 60 ° C.

 

3)W-type cable with climate resistance and oil resistance, suitable for outdoors or in contact with oil occasions.

 

4)ZR type cable has flame retardant properties, can be used for fire-retardant occasions.

3.Advantages Of H07RN-F:

The H07RN-F cable is used at medium mechanical stress in dry, wet and damp locations, as well in free air.

Also for fixed installation on plaster or machines. The cable is resistant to oil, UV-radiation and ozone.

Conductor Structure of Power Cable

1. Conductors comply with IEC, AS/NZS and BSI standard requirements

2. The conductors of multi-core have different shapes. The single-core is circular. The shape of Multi-core cable with size up to and 35m2 can be circular, semicircular and fan-shaped, the conductor with size over and 50m2 are circular and semicircle.

3. A single core is allowed with size below 16m2. Conductor More than 25m2 are multi strands.
