Aluminium Conductors. Polyethylene or Cross-linked Polyethylene Insulation.
Construction
Conductors are concentrically stranded, compressed 1350-H19 aluminum. Insulated with either polyethylene or cross-linked polyethylene. Neutral messengers are concentrically stranded 6201, AAC, or ACSR.One conductor is manufactured with an extruded ridge for phase identification.

3. B-232 Aluminum Conductors, Concentric- Lay-Stranded, Coated Steel Reinforced (ACSR).
4. B-399 Concentric-Lay-Stranded, 6201-T81 Aluminum Alloy Conductors.
5. B498 Zinc-Coated Steel Core Wire for Aluminum Conductors, Steel Reinforced (ACSR).
6. Quadruplex Service Drop cable meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of ANSI/ICEA S-76-474.

Using Properties
1. Rated Voltage:0.6/1kV
2. Cable installation temperature not less than -20°C
3. Max. temperature of cable at short circuit(The max. duration does not exceed 5 minutes)
For XLPE insulation is 250°C.
For HDPE insulation is 150°C.
4. The Max. bending radius of cable shall not be less than 20Dmm(D overall diameter of cable)
Types
1. Duplex Service Drop:To supply 120 volt aerial service for temporary service at construction sites, outdoor or street lighting. For service at 600 volts or lower at a conductor temperature of 75 maximum.
2.Triplex Service Drop: To supply power from the utility`s lines to the consumer`s overhead. For service at 600 volts or less(phase to phase) at a conductor temperature of 75 maximum for PE insulation or 90 maximum for XLPE insulation .
3. Quadruplex Service Drop: Used to supply 3 phase power, usually from a pole-mounted transformer to the use`s service head where connection to the service entrance cable is made. To be used at voltages of 600 volts or less phase to phase and at conductor temperature not to exceed 75 for PE insulated conductors or 90 for XLPE insulated conductors.
Applications

Building wire is generally used in house fixed wiring. It is PVC insulated unsheathed electric wire. The onstruction is CU/PVC.

What is your sample policy?

Conductor Structure of Power Cable
1. Conductors comply with IEC, AS/NZS and BSI standard requirements
2. The conductors of multi-core have different shapes. The single-core is circular. The shape of Multi-core cable with size up to and 35m2 can be circular, semicircular and fan-shaped, the conductor with size over and 50m2 are circular and semicircle.
3. A single core is allowed with size below 16m2. Conductor More than 25m2 are multi strands.
